Travelnet is an interactive and multi-language information portal, especially designed for hotels around the world. This way every traveler can request and manage his specific information in a secure, easy and interactive way. Our goal is to provide a service network that takes advantage of the latest technologies, and provides a better communication between hotel, client and travel agency. Secondly we provide a method to unbury the service desk.

 

Travelnet is implemented on an Imotion® and managed easily through the Internet. Therefore we specially developed Travelnet software. It allows you to replace and change the content (adverts, information,...) on whichever unit in a very simple way and from a distance. A user-friendly and very simple application allows you to organize the content into groups, and then send it to selected Travelnet units. It is possible to adjust content for forthcoming weeks or months without any restrictions.

 

Travelnet comes with an advanced future “Secure travel pass“. People who received a travel pass by the agency or hotel, can request secure and detailed information on every Travelnet unit by putting their card into the unit. This way they can check their active bill at the hotel, pay their bill, rent a car, book some excursions, subscribe to events, and many more. Business travelers can use their card to immediately book online for their favourite Travelnet Hotel. If somebody checks in with a travelnet pass, the hotel has every data of the traveler instantly.

 

Travelnet provides advanced information about the hotel to every user. People can request information about restaurant, excursions, room types (room upgrade), accommodation, the environment,... When they find interesting information, they can print it out, mail it, or send it by Bluetooth to their mobile phone or Smartphone. Above all that, the hotel itself can raise its revenue by placing adverts on the screen, for example a local restaurant or sailing company.
